Board action taken at the open and public Foundation Budget Planning Meeting December 3, 2024.

Board members present: Dan Fortier, Rick Russell, Debra Kroon, Beatrice Reiss, Sheila Gunderson, Gilbert Plascencia

Motion to provide support for the Program Coordinator position in the amount of $1,250 and to include that amount in the budget for 2025 was made by Debra Kroon.

Motion was seconded by Sheila Gunderson.

Dan Fortier called for the question. The motion was passed unanimously with six board members in attendance.
