A Board Zoom meeting was held on 12/16/24.  All officers and the two At-Large members attended.

The question was whether or not to bifurcate the Secretary and Treasurer positions.  The board did not find reason to bifurcate the duties of the Secretary as the position requires only taking accurate minutes for Foundation meetings.  The Program Coordinator will work with a volunteer to assume recording of Program minutes.

For Treasurer, the position description will be amended to allow other persons to assume some of the duties.

A vote of Foundation members will be taken on this matter at an upcoming meeting.
